Shropshire Floats is the gift shop for Shropshire Floatation & Wellness Centre — one of the UK's most complete wellness destinations, tucked away in the village of Myddle, just north of Shrewsbury.
We opened in January 2020 with a simple idea: give people access to therapies that actually work, in a place that feels nothing like a traditional spa.
No candles. No whale music. No one telling you to breathe.
Just float tanks, hyperbaric oxygen, contrast therapy, and warm light — each one chosen because the evidence behind it is solid and the results speak for themselves.
We've welcomed thousands of guests, collected over 460 five-star reviews, and earned a TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Award. We're also proud to be a Finalist in the Shropshire Chamber Business Awards 2026 for Outstanding Customer Service — which, if we're honest, means more to us than any trophy could.
