Terms & Conditions — Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months ( single sessions) & 12 months (packages) from the date of purchase.
- Vouchers are redeemable against the stated experience at Shropshire Floatation & Wellness Centre, Myddle, Shrewsbury, SY4 3RG.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- The centre reserves the right to refuse entry where contraindications to treatment exist.
- Shropshire Floatation & Wellness Centre is a trading name of Meander Spas Ltd.
- Where the value of the experience booked is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will be held as credit against a future booking. No cash change will be given.
Centre Terms & Conditions
All guests are bound by our full operational Terms & Conditions, which exist to keep our facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. These cover health and medical suitability, hygiene requirements before and during your visit, and our cancellation policy — including that cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable.
If you are purchasing this voucher for someone else, please make sure they are aware that they will need to read and agree to our centre terms before their visit.
