Refund policy

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.

If you are unable to use your voucher before it expires, please contact us at shropshirefloats.me and we will do our best to help. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.

Where a booked session is cancelled by the centre, a full replacement voucher will be issued.

Guest cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will be rebooked at no extra charge.
