How do I redeem my gift voucher?
Simply contact us to book your session. You'll receive your voucher by email immediately after purchase. When booking, let us know you have a voucher and we'll take care of the rest.
Do the vouchers expire?
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 (single sessions) to 12 months (packages) from the date of purchase. No pressure to rush — just book when the time feels right.
Do I need any experience to float?
None at all. We'll talk you through everything before your session. Most people are surprised by how natural it feels.
Is floatation suitable for everyone?
Floatation is suitable for most people. We do ask that you let us know of any medical conditions when booking. There are a small number of contraindications — we're happy to discuss these with you before you book.
What should I bring?
Just yourself. We provide towels, earplugs, shampoo, and everything you need. Leave the rest at home.
Can I buy a voucher as a gift for someone else?
Yes — that's exactly what this store is for. You can have the voucher sent directly to the recipient by email, or to yourself to pass on.
