Float & Glow is two hours designed for two people who could do with properly stopping — not separately, but side by side.

It starts in the float pod. Both of you, weightless in warm Epsom salt water, for sixty minutes of complete stillness. No phones, no plans, no noise. Just the two of you and the kind of quiet that's harder to find than it should be.

Then the Seychelles Sunroom. An hour of warm light and the gentle sound of the sea to bring you back slowly — relaxed, unhurried, and noticeably better than when you arrived.
