Pressure to Peace takes two people through a sequence that works with the body, not just around it.
It begins in the Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber. Breathing enriched oxygen at gentle pressure, your body absorbs more than it ever does at surface level — oxygen reaching deep into tissues, supporting recovery, and quietly doing the work that rest alone can't always manage. You'll both emerge feeling clearer than when you went in.
Then the float. Sixty minutes together in one pod, weightless in warm Epsom salt water. The nervous system, already supported, settles completely. Tension that's been sitting in muscles for weeks simply releases. The mind follows.

I always enjoy my visits to Shropshire floats. I usually float but have also used the sunroom. Kevin is always very welcoming and makes you feel reassured. The float itself is a heavenly experience but I also love how relaxed and peaceful I feel afterwards. I always sleep amazingly well that night too. If there was a plus button id want to give infinite stars!! Kevin greated me and was so relaxed and friendly. He explained everything and made sure I was confident with the equipment before letting the floatation experience begin. The facilities are immaculate and the rainfall shower was awesome!! It was so private, I felt like the only person there and so safe and secure. The experience was incredible, my brain was so quiet and my body weightless. Ive already booked again!
