It starts together in the Fire & Ice Room. An hour of infrared heat, cold immersion, and red light therapy. By the time you leave, you'll both feel the shift — lighter, looser, and noticeably less like the people who walked in.

Then you each float separately. Sixty minutes alone in your own pod, weightless in warm Epsom salt water. No shared experience here — just each of you, individually, getting the kind of quiet your nervous system has probably been asking for.

You finish together in the Seychelles Sunroom. Warm light, the sound of the sea, and an hour to reconnect — both of you restored, neither of you rushing anywhere.
